She was thorough and transparent, she wa knowledgeable about the vehicle we requested, and she was efficient as we needed to purchase within 24 hours. She generated buyers orders that showed our options for payments, she explained the service warranties, and she made sure all of our questions were answered. There were no hidden fees. The Service Department is so important especially if you keep your car for any length of time. Had to have my car towed into Checkered Flag Audi — the new location. The battery would not charge. Jordan Molon, Service Advisor was in charge of my vehicle and she was wonderful to work with! Jordan was very knowledgeable about the car, the needed repairs and kept me updated not only on the costs but also when it would be completed. I highly recommend the Audi Service Department and Jordan Molon, Service Advisor.

It took more than a month to get my service appointment. When I brought my car in they gave me a loaner saying it might be a while. It has been NINE days now and NO ONE will tell me the status of my vehicle which is in for recall work and an analysis of why the mileage is erratic on my Q4 étron. I am disgusted at the poor service and lack of information.

my car showing electrical system malfunction, call the service got a two weeks later appointment. and at the same afternoon my car was down in the middle of the road, got tow into the dealer service department. got a call and confirm they don't have a chance to check on the car until a week later, ask for a loaner car, nope, never got offer for a renter car. i need help

Mike was great, again. This is my second Audi from Checkered Flag. Too bad the sales force is now doing the closing paperwork in stead of a dedicated finance and titling department. My "in dealership" wait time could have been shortened if someone else was processing paperwork while Mike was preparing the new car for departure. Overall, highly recommend this dealership and Mike Lupia.

Not a place I'll be getting my vehicle from , I drove 3 hours to come see this particular vehicle , I had spoke to a salesman The night before and he said the vehicle was ready ready to be seen The next morning I arrived at the dealership after my 3 hour drive there , and the particular vehicle I was interested in had been in the shop for 2 days days for preventative maintenance I was not able to view or test drive the vehicle so I wasted the better part of my day for nothing , it's been over a week 10/7/2022 and I have not heard from the salesmen saying the Vehicle is out the shop. NOT VERY GOOD SALEMENSHIP! ! !
